When Brenden arrived he Determined the compressor needed to be replaced, but got the system operational for the weekend. On Monday the team in the Office called with the proposal and time line, and this.morning the new compressor was installed. Throughout the process Brenden has kept us well informed and the Team in the Office have been very responsive. What an excellent experience. “My parents AC went out and after 2 days of them basically miserable ( both elderly and sick) I took a risk and requested assistance on FB . They are on a very small fixed income and unfortunately I was not able to help them at this time. Needless to say, Brandon replied to my request within a couple minutes and offered to assist. “We call Integrity because we thought we lost freon. The air conditioner was running, just not cold. From the time we called, until Vincent was at the house, was 30 minutes. It was even after 5 pm. When he arrived, we told him what we thought, he went to look and said, "Nope" the freon was good, it was actually a capacitor. They had it stocked on the truck and it was fixed and he was on his way in 1 hour. Rate was under $300 total, parts and labor!!!!! We are in the cool air already!!! Call this company if you want honest work at a reasonable rate!!! A+ company and techs.”

“This afternoon I attempted to install a Nest thermostat. I went through the “easy” installation instruction, turned it on cool and bam hot air. I attempted to troubleshoot it and nothing. At this point, I needed to reach out to someone and get this fixed before my wife came home and I was in trouble. I called Integrity, explained what happened and they were here in 10 minutes. The technician was able to troubleshoot the problem and have my air blowing cool quickly. I asked him what I owed him and he simply said, “you’re good, I was on my way out anyway.” I was absolutely dumbfounded, in a day and age where customer service is one of the last things on a company’s mind, not only did Integrity come out quick but fix it for nothing.
